Hi all,
I had cable broadband internet through Optus and my modem was connected to a wireless router which was then connected to my desktop. Whenever I turned on my desktop I was connected. My daughter has laptop which has a receiver and she could get on to the net without turning on my desktop and everything was working ok until we switched over to Telstra. I now have to turn on my desktop, double click on the Bigpond icon to connect, before she can connect. Has anyone had this problem and was able to fix it? I rang up tech help at Bigpond but they had no solution. Please help. Thank you in advance.
