I have read the forums and havent found anything that tells me how to compress my video. Can someone point me in the right direction to compressing video?? 40 minute captures end up being around 300 megabytes and I was to get it a good bit smaller.

Compression is all about compromise. In other words, how much are you willing to sacrifice in order to get a smaller file. So now the question is what kind of video is it and what do you intend to use it for?

If I always hear voices surrounding me, does it mean Im crazy or that I hear in Dolby 5.1?
