saving games to jump drive instead of memory card?

Hello everybody, I searched the forums and did not find anything on whether it was possible to use the usb flash/jump drive as a memory card to save game data? I saw something that says exploit but that means to load a game without using the original disk right? So i was wondering if it was possible to use a flash drive as a memory card that we usually use to save the game progress

lol I actuall searched last night and this morning, but anyways is there any other way to save game data without the use of a memory card?
