Ok, I ripped this dvd to my hard drive with AnyDVD, then started to shrink with CloneDVD, but it is missing a "special feature" which is a short film that's about 15 min. long.

Why is this extra not showing up?
Do I need to run VobBlanker or what?

No u don't need 2 run vobblanker, as this is an old movie and shouldn't have hard protection on it.

i dont use CloneDVD, but u could try shrink and see if that shows up in the special feats.

I used Recode and it showed up. I don't know what's up with Clone.

*I opened it with Shrink too and it showed up.

You have to remember there are a couple of different versions of the this movie. My version rips fine with Shrink.

Yeah, Shrink had everything on the dvd show up for me as well.
It must just be Clone. Oh well, no complaints.
