What Internal PVR has the best record quality?

Hi,
I have searched extensively looking for a PVR for my computer that has the best capture quality. I know that pvr-150 has good quality but I'm looking for perhaps a high resolution or just plain better picture. Anyone know if the USB PVR's have better capture quality? Thanks

If by USB,you mean those thumb drive size PVR's then u will probably be let down.From all the revues I've read,just by their compact size they are the worst for quality reproduction.Apparently some of the external boxes connected via USB can be good because of their distance from all interference generated inside the computer case. P.S i have a Leadtek Winfast TV2000 deluxe (bit old now)which gives brilliant tv recording & timeshifting as well as a lot of burning options (internal)

I?m using the TV2000 deluxe, with poor results. Optimal settings maxed out at 6mb/sec on MPEG 2 produce grainy results in time shift. When transferred to DVD and a large screen, much worse.

Using Cyberlink PP3 to capture from the TV2000 will go up to 8mbs with much better results but, still not the desired quality. Also, this eliminates the use of the timer to start/stop capture.

DESIRED QUALITY=Device Input Quality

Most analog capture is in .AVI which has it?s limitations but, going higher than 8mbs seems more desirable at this point.

Any other 3rd party software out there with higher rates and a timer, maybe?

Well, I use my ADS Technologies DVDXpress to capture from my DISH Network PVR. The equipment is kinda old, but it never lets me down. I'm recently capturing at 7 MB/sec and it doesn't crash or freezes even though it's conected via USB 2.0 and my laptop is not as powerfull as the newest ones. It comes with proprietary software that let's you customize a lot of things.

PS I know the thread said internal, but my only experience it with external devices.
