Im trying to bridge my XBOX to my PC , I already conected it to my pc to xbox with the right cable, but my computer dosent detect it and i cant go on XBL plz help...thx
1. Crossover cable, "Most important, unless you have a router to cross it for you. You can make one easy, crossing wires on a standard ethernet cable."
2. Correct IP settings
xbox 192.168.0.3 static
PC you have to adjust your icp/ip settings and asign an ip address of 192.168.0.1, subnet mask 255.255.255.0, and default gateway 192.168.0.1
3. disable any other nerwork adapters "wireless?", and make sure your ethernet j45 adapter is enabled, keep trying; start and restart the console and FTP program until it works. Hope this helps.
4. Correct username "xbox" password "xbox" ,port 21.
What type of network adapters are you using and how many?
