When i tried using the magic swap my Ps2 wouldn't come out anymore and i tried opening it and fixing it. I took out the tray and my tray still couldn't be able to work. I ended up giving up and wanted to go to a store to get it checked out but when i plugged eveyrhting back in to my ps2 my ps2 wouldn't start. I could hear the power going through the ps2 but my fan nor my disk tray works. Can my PS2 be saved? or do i have to get a new one..

have you checked the ribbons that connect the DVD Drive to the PS2?
And also the power/eject ribbon. Those come out easy when people open their PS2 without paying attention.
