SmartRipper problem with ConAir

I am having problems making a backup of my ConAir dvd.
Other Dvd's working fine,
I have also closed SR, opened the dvd in VideoLan's VLC (ihave lost my WinDvd Serial! argh!) and then tried reopening in SmartRipper to no avail.
Should I try waiting longer? cos it sounds as if my dvd drive will explode at the rate its trying to read it. No other discs have had this problem - the disc is virtually spotless as well. Maybe I should dirty it up a little? :)

I have just downloaded DVD decrypter which seems to be doing the job, anyway, and rather quickly too :)

No idea what's wrong with smartripper - this looks like it'll do the job alright anyway, so n0 panic on the last post!
