hello, I need help unlocking my Nokia used with AT&T, here's the info:

Make/model phone: Nokia 3120b RH-50
IMEI #: 356245004120870
Country the phone is locked in: USA
Provider the phone is locked to: 31038000

i appreciate your help, however, my impatience led me to other web sites looking for codes and i am now getting the "cannot undo restriction" message. is there anything i can do to fix this from home or is it necessary to walk into a wireless store?
