PS2 not spinning disk

I have a PS2 slime that won't spin the disc. The PS13 fuse seems to be ok. I'm gettin continuity through all the fuses. The laser slides and moves into readin position emits the red light then stops. What could the problem be.

Could be the spindle motor is burnt out, are all the ribbon cables in good shape and working properly?

Everything seems to be in good condition.....the system seems to be free from dirt or fibres that can clog the motor or gears..... is there a way to test the spindle motor to see whether or not it's burnt out or not???

Im not so sure on how to test it because i dont have it open, and as far as i can remember, it has more then 2 terminals on the board that its soldered to, double check all the fuses and make sure they are all 100% working.

I think i triple checked the fuses already....In a particular thread there was a pic of all the fuse locations and the possible fuse that could cause the spindle motor not to spin, all the fuses showed continuity on my tester......

Then its most like a blown motor, or a damaged sensor switch.
