Hi, I searched the internet for a MSN block checker, to find out who has blocked me, but they are not ver acurate.

Does anyone have a good one or does this really exist?

There are none.
All the ones out there are virusses, trojans and fakes.

No, not a downloadable progam but a block checker through a website like: http://www.msnblockchecker.net/

But this was not very acurate.

NOBODY use blockcheck it will mess your computer up!!!!!!
bilal i am sure u have downloaded and tried many many blockchecks if your comp acts wierd youre gonna need to take it in for maintenance

I have not downloaded any block checker program, just checked on websites.

Also what is weird is that I was appearing offline in msn and then someone opens a conversation window with me asking me why i had blocked them., but i had not. I was just appearing offline.
