Locked to Virgin Mobile UK

Tried various DCT4 calculators, none have worked :(.

Please help...

Erm... 3 times when the different network sim was inserted and twice when the Virgin sim was in.

The IMEI code according to the box is 351860010185165... weird...

Please press *#06# and see if the IMEI comes up on the screen and list that exact IMEI#

Also, no error messages have been mentioned after code entry. No, turning off the phone doesn't save any chances out of the possible 5 you have.

I think it was undo code failed. It went back to the code entry screen though, so I presume it isn't hard locked. I can still get on the network.

Only try the codes once and once only!!!

Please remember you only get 3-5 attempts before your mobile becomes hardlocked.

If you have already tried different codes before mine your mobile could already be hardlocked.

If it is hardlocked you will get one the following messages Can Not Undo Restriction / Not Allowed

If you mobile is hardlocked the only way to unlock it is by taking/sending it to a professional unlocker.

Please make sure the information you give is correct before typing in the codes.

Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #

Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!
