i need the restriction code for a nokia 3120 b rh-50
my friend is leaving for las vegas in 2 hours and i need it fast.

the imei is 353783/00/045324/5
i am in washington state in the united states.
the ic is 661u-rh50
and the fcc id is ppirh-50
