is there a program which changes the fps from 25 to a lower setting, this would help me alot thanks

Changing the Frames Per second can cause you a bit of difficulties with the sound. If you knock the frame rate down, generally the sound will stay at the same rate. You will need to get an AC3 filter and re-align the sound. You could end up with the sound being out by a few seconds.
