Burning a DVD with Cyberlink

I have been using Cyberlink PowerDirector 4.0 for about a year; have not had a substantial problem using it and have burned 4 movies to DVD with good results. Yesterday, I tried to burn a movie to a DVD disk as I usually do in the same DVD drive (TDK) and I got the error message "Disc is not a CD-R/RW". I tried using a DVD-R and a DVD+R and received the same message. What might be the problem?
