Hey!There's something really fishy about that site.The thing which doesn't stick well is the media speed with the media ID code.For any 16x DVD+R Taiyo media,the ID code should be YUDEN000T03 and not T02.The YUDEN000TO2 is for 8x DVD+R.
From that information only,i would definitely say it's fake.
One important thing,why are you looking for 16x medias?If you say you're going to use these medias to burn PS2 games,then you should not burn at so higher speed.You should normally burn them at 4x or 8x maximum for better results.So in your case better get 8x medias instead of 16x.
I just had a deeper look on that site and there's not really big choice of good medias there,the only brand i see can be good in the DVD+R range is the Fuji one but for that it needs to be made in Japan,if it's from there,then these medias should normally be Taiyo ones(Taiyo Yuden as their manufacturer),but i don't really think these are Taiyo ones because they are very hard to find.Plus it's impossible to say only by looking at that picture and there's not any more information about it.About the other brands in the same range,i would stay away from them.
Don't you have Verbatim medias over your place?Because if you can't get taiyo medias,Verbatim is the another best media next to Taiyo.
