ok...i have seen posts saying that there IS a way to backup Socom 3 and be able to play it online. well i have tried a few of them, and i must have done something wrong. I would highly appreciate a STEP THRU guide of what to do in order to burn socom 3. i need the names of the programs i need to use (money is not an obstacle...so it doesnt matter how much the program costs). i need to know what to do and how to do it. please please help. p.s. is anyone selling their copy of swapmagic?

All I know is you can't play a backup of socom 2 or 3 online because after it gets passed the dnas it tell you cheat device detected and kick you out.

At least not with the NTSC versions. However, you can play online with a backup of the PAL versions of Socom 2 & Socom 3, as they don't have the same level of protection becuase PAL regions don't have the same problems with people cheating as NTSC regions do. Plus they're played on Central Station servers, where everyone has to register and is sent a unique PIN number to their home address to activate their accounts. So it's much easier to ban people.
