I have a nokia 6101b from T-Mobile. It displays that the headset is connected all of the time and the phone must now be used with a headset or on loudspeaker. Nokia nor T-Mobile know how to tell me how to fix it. I don't want to have to send it back so I thought I would ask one of the briliant people here to help. Does flattery get me anywhere?

A start solution is to get the phone flashed. Flashing just reinstalls the factory software onto thephone. This might help.

I am sure I am missing something but the website you gave just has stuff about unlocking the phone. I didn't find anything about flashing software, even after doing a search for it.
