Need help with Ultimate swap disc v2.0

So i bought this flip top for my ps2 and i ordered it with swap magic but instead the company sent me this Ultimate swap disc v2.0 and it sucks cuz now i have all these import games and i don't know how to work them!!! i've tried this method
1. load ultimate disc
2. put in an orignal ps2 game (dvd) and click change media
* then at the bottom it says ps2 dvd
3. I put in my import game
4. go to swap magic 3.6 plus
5. clicked load program
AND NOTHING HAPPENS!! my ps2 goes right back to the main menu ( you know where you can see your HDD and memory cards) and then it goes into this red page that says insert orignal ps or ps2 game .. THIS IS AGRRIVATING!!! someone please help :( thanks

At step 2, what game are you using? It needs to be bigger than the import your trying to load.
V9 PS2, flip top, SMD, DVDLoader

alright this is what i did to check the size of the disk ( the gb and stuff) i just put the import games in my computer and clicked on my computer and just put my mouse over the drive it was in and it gave me the size of the disk this is what i have (if i did this wrong let me know another way to do it )
these are my DVD rom imports
disk 1- 2.07 GB
disk 2- 4.06 GB
disk 3- 3.48 GB
and this is my CDrom import
Disk 1- 603 MB

alright so i used my tekken 5 game cuz it was 4.17 GB (dvd rom game) and i tried playing my dvd rom games imports using the swap magic 3.6+ and load the game but i still get the red logo that says insert ps or ps2 game

Ok, that should be fine. on step 3, how are you putting in the import (fliptop, slide card, etc)?

i'm using a flip top.. it took me hours to figure out how to play the cd rom game with CD LOADER so that's easy now .. but i'm still having probablem with the cd rom games ... and i've been using tekken 5 ( i even tried GTA SA cuz it's 4.19 GB) and using the swap magic plus and still none of my imports are working

You could try using cd loader to boot the imports.
load cd loader
hit eject
insert your original dvd
let it read, hit x
now it should say insert your backup using ea method (something like that).
open fliptop, swap for import
hit x.

I'm not sure why swap magic is not working, but hey, at least you finally got it.
