RAZR- WMA wont play!

Hey, I just bought a 256 mb transflash, im able to get songs on the phone, but they wont play.

Any mp3 file that i converted to WMA wont work. It shows up on the phone as: "Unable to play...(file name)." How do I properly put audio files from my computer to my phone??? Also, i cant get video files to convert to something over 2 minutes long.

Any advice on programs i could download to convert video and/or audio.

Also, i cant figure out how to set transferred pix as my wallpaper, i assume that this could be done.

Sorry, ive been doing searches on this all week, but cant find any usefull info, except on how to create ringtones.

dude i dont think the razr supports WMA files. try MP3 instead. also the video thing, you probably downloaded a trial version of some program that has a limit of 2 mins (maybe 3GPconvert?) so you could buy the program, or use, other, less-approved ways... but thats not allowed so dont use P2P programs like Ares.

hmm, ive been told by other forums, and even verizon, that it must be wma format.... still cant get it to work.

nobody here has tried this successfully???

try this...

get the official motorola File Manager for your phone.
buy a data cable
connect phone to pc
when connected, just upload your music through File Manager.

btw, if you dont have a data cable, then buy one from the high street and you should get software with it. if not you can download the software as well
