thanks for the try i think it may be hard locked i tried it once before then posted this i tried it with out the sim and then with out it did not work i was reading that i would have to get a cable connect to unlock is that true? any other ideas?

Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!!(No Private Messages Please)
