hi is there someone out that has got time to help me out?.
my problem is this a couple of years ago someone showed me how to make a HD Advance mem card Exploit that has worked fine for a very long time And still going. but what i wish to know is my mate have the new PS2 (slim Ver) can you do the same with this using the Exploit i have tried to do the same using all the same programs that i used & changed the HDA.elf with the USB EXtreme.Elf from other sites and it says that it has loaded ok onto the mem card, i then boot the Exploit with the disk that i have used many time before i get the flash of white but then nothing. can anyone put me in the right way or is it because i dont has the slim ps2

Sony got wise to this exploit and removed that function from the slimline.
Anyways the USB drives are crap, if your slim is a v12 or 13 then (assuming you have the money) you can get HDConnect or HDCombo installed that will allow for an IDE hard drive. You MUST have a dms4 modchip though to make the ide option work.
Either do the above or try to find him an older fat one in which case then the memory card exploit will work.
