7610, .APP Unable to execute files for security reasons?

Hi,
i have the TomTom installation files and stuff, BUT when i transfer them to my Nokia 7610 and try to Execute TTMOBILE.APP this message appears "Unable to Execute file for security reasons" is thier antway of bypassing this message and just get on with the damn process? i tried changing the .APP to .SIS so it gets installed, but it still says the same error message, on Noia PC Suite i tried installing ti but then when the PC finishes installing on the phone it says "Please finish Installation on the phone interface" i check the phone the installer comes up and another error message "Installer : Installer not Supported"
