how do I get codebreakers v9.0 on my memory card?

I have a matrix infinity fat ps2 v9 and I also have a hard drive that I occassionally used to use for HD Advance (makes loading faster). Anyway, when running codebreakers (store-bought) with a game (store bought) while my hard drive is installed I get a blank screen after the loading the game?

I've tried several codebreakers version online including the cracked 9.2 but none of them allow me to use codebreakers while I have a hard drive installed. I figure that loading codebreakers from my memory card could bypass whatever might be causing the problem when using the actual codebreakers disc. I have no clue how to do this though. Can somebody help me out or maybe tell me what the problem is.

Much thanks. I don't like having both HD Advance and Codebreakers but having to choose one or the other all the time.
