I recently installed a AVerTV PVR 150 into my HP a1510n running XP MCE (Athlon 64 3800; 2gb Ram). My monitor is a 19 inch LCD by Hanns G.

I am connected to Cable TV (Comcast) and the signal is good in the rest of the house.

The TV video quality on the LCD monitor is ok, but not great. Is there anything I should do to maxmize the video quality?

When I shrink the video window it looks good. When I go to full screen it looks blotchy...fuzzy.

Thanks!!
