Over the years, I have compiled a Spreadsheet which gives:

CD Brand / Model
Manufacturer
Specified Burning Speed
Speed Burnt
ATIP Lead In
ATIP Lead Out
C1 Error's : Max / Sector
C1 Error's : Average / Sector
Material

Think there is about 30-40 cdr's compared on there (2 or 3 audio cd's, 2 or 3 cdrw's). All the Error ratings are done from an average of at least 2 discs, in an attempt to rule out a freak result. Each reading of C1 errors was done within about a week of burning, except in some cases, where it is commented (some were burned about 5 years ago, with exceptionally low error rates still).

As for C2 errors, only one(!) disc produced any.... this is commented. Also, I know not about the accuracy of my drive for reporting this sort of thing etc,...

Anyway, I know C1 errors are not the be all and end all of CDR Quality, but in my experience, it bodes well for the longlevity if it is initially burnt with very few. Therefore, I say that the C1 Average / Sector has got to be the most useful column
