hi i have windows xp pro and followed this guide to get myself a HighID http://www.emule-project.net/faq/icf.htm now its at 4BILLION!!!!!! all because i managed to get on my dads profile on the ICS ( ;) shhhhhh) but in the guide it says to set the IP to '127.0.0.1' why is this? being as i am i would love to know why things work :D

127.0.0.1 is localhost, as in your own computer!
