Ok, so can someone please tell me what i am doing wrong and/or what software i need.

First, I have DVDShrink 3.2 and i put in the dvd. Then i bring up DVDShrink 3.2 analys it and then put the files in a folder. Next, i try and bring up Nero and burn the files from the folder to the blank dvd. Nero wont let me burn the files, is there something that i missing? thank you for all the help.

You need to provide more information.
Can you post the Nero log file?

What files are in the folder [ VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS ]

The files in the folder are vts and there is nothing in the audio file. Do i need to convert the files, if so what program would do that for me?

The problem is you have VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders. You need to setup Shrink to use Nero.

Open DVD Shrink, Click on Edit, Preferences, File I/O tab. Select Enable burning with Nero. When Shrink is done encoding and you click on Backup!, Select backup target should be Burn with Nero. This will select your burner.

Post your Nero log. Remove the Serial number
