I backed up Freedomland and removed the FullScreen keeping the WideScreen as my copy is badly scratched and FS was giving Read Errors up the Wazoo. But my problem is that i want to remove the menu that gives you the choice of either WS or FS and i thought i tried a few times with DVDShrink, CloneDVD v2.8.9.9, VOBBlanker but nothing works.
what can I do that'll allow me to remove the menu so all i do is press play and the movie start without the choice of WS or FS?

Did you try "copy movie only" in CloneDVD? That should do what you want....

i could but i refuse to have just the movie on DVd. i like to look at the special features. that is why i want to keep everything except the menu that lets you choose WS or FS

i got it to work but not exactly the way i wanted it to. all i did was pass the files through PGCEdit and delete the FS button on the menu.

I think dvdremake by dimadsoft will do what your after but it is not freeware. I'm pretty sure it will allow you to remove the screen with the option of playing WS or FS but I'm not 100% sure the movie will play ok automatically after hitting play but I think it will. I've never tried removing that screen as I always save only WS but leave the choice screen there and click on WS vs. I'll have to try doing what you're after sometime and see for sure if it will work ok.
