ARMax does not work with Xeno mod chip

I have a new pstwo with Xeno mod chip. I'm having troubles to use Action Replay Max Codes on backup copys. After booting ARMax and changing the disc ARMax says "can not read this disc" but continues to load the code list. After selecting and activating the proper codes ARMax says "make sure to insert the game disc, than press ok". The backup copy can't be booted with ARMax. The message is coming up again an again. Does anyone know a solution to this problem??? Can it be that the mod chip is going to sleep mode after booting ARMax?

some cheaper mod chips do not support cheat devices.
If it does you may need a special proceedure like: to load AR Max, then select the codes you want, then when it asks for a disc put in a program called DVDloader V7, then when it asks for a disc swp for the back up. But a good chip would have no problem loading games with cheats.

Thanks for the tip! So you mean the PStwo will accept the DVDloader v7? But I have to burn this also on a CD, right? Maybe there is also a way to deactivate the sleep mode. The sleep mode seams only be helpful in case an online application can detect a chip!

Actually there is a modchip for the PS2 called Xeno as well !!
