Its pretty hard for FEDS to catch u dling torrents pple do it daily. More then 1000000 torrents go live everyday and only growing larger I don't think you have anything to fear :) Besides running a torrent straight to your psp would be a waste of time, what if it was compressed, then you would need to program the psp to unpack it, which would mean a bigger mem card. Stick to the pc you'll save a lot of time.
