burning a zip file...help!

i have a downloaded copy of XP, i have xp on 2 other computers, but no disc, not buying a new one....it is a .zip file, and i am not sure how to burn it so i can install it on my mac. also, i am unsure if it has SP2...is there a way i can add it in, or do i need another download?
