i went to waterslide and i drop my cell (nokia 6681) into water what should i do??

i bought a new 6030 but i need to be work overseas in damascus
my IME is 010928001136779 so how can i unlock it??

Phone will not work there because of the frequency. You have a GSM 850/1900 MHz phone and in Syria they only have GSM 900/1800 MHz

Thought you should know before you get there expecting something to work when it's not.
