My first born child got a gift from his grandfather dvd camera VDR-D150.
it says ( Multi-format Recording ) I don't have any idea what it means + what is DVD-RAM can anyone explain me please. Also I would like to copy the clip in VCD format plesae explain me how to do this.

well this explaind dvd-ram -- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DVD-RAM

and to burn it to VCD, put the video on ur comp, open Nero and open burn VCD, select the video and burn.
