Surreal 64 won't install to my xbox?

Ok I downloaded Surreal 64 from a torrent and I use WinRAR on it and it came out as flash.xbe. Do I burned that as a ISO file or do I just burn it as flash.xbe.And I tried the ISO of it already and it didn't install, so I need some help please.

Get it off Xbins or Xbox Scene (they might have it) or google Xbox HQ, that place has A LOT of pop-ups but also alot of programs that Xbins and XS doesn't have.

Ok so which way do I do to burn it to a blank DVD.Do I leave the file they are and just burn it to the blank DVD or do I gotta turn it into ISO?

Yea I should but I gotta wait for the guy that modded my xbox so I can get the password to the files section of it and I have XBMC.
