Hi,

I made myself a partition on my PS2 HDD using DMS Tools for media files to play through SMS.
I was just wondering wether there is a faster way then using a FTP as I usually have to cap the speed or it wont send properly.
Is there a possible way when Ive got the HDD hooked up the pc? This could be a great program to be made similar to WinHiip. Ive got no clue about programming tho :S.

Any suggestions would be great.

i can't seem to understand the way your using except for the FTP of course

you can connect to your ps2 to the computer using a network crossover cable or through a hub
or
take the hdd out of the ps2 and boot the computer with it

either way u can then use lord bogami's gui to copy games from the computer's Dvd drive or from an iso on your hdd to your

without getting into much detail just go here it'll help alot:
http://hdldump.ps2-scene.org/

btw i think u should use the 2nd method as it won't require running any ELFs on the ps2 plus much much faster

I dont mean transferring ISOs, i can do that with my eyes closed (i use my external HDD enclosure).

Im on about sending .AVI (or anything) files to my partition on my HDD so that I can watch them on my PS2 using SMS (plays XviD and DivX AVI files).
