2. Buy a standard PC hard drive (20gig or so, nothing too fancy)
3. Load with slayer 2.6
Now then, I want to know that if I put the new hard drive in and install the chip, will I be able to load Slayer 2.6 using the blank hard drive and will slayer 2.6 set everything up for me allowing me to play backups.
Any advice would be hugely appreciated from anyone.
About that hard drive though. An 80GB is easier to find and costs slightly more than a 40GB, so I'd suggest just getting one of those if you're trying to go the cheap route.
About the Hard Drive, I just want Hard Drive thats on par with the standard xbox one, which I believe is 20gb cause I'll be SKINT after getting the chip. Also, I know theres all this talk about flashing bios and whatnot and that scares me lol, if I put slayer 2.6 with the blank hard drive will it do it ALL for me?
I know I sound lazy but the whole reason I need to get a new hard drive and chip the xbox is because I fucked up a previous softmod attempt.
