I have a hp pocket pc hx4700 and I have a question reguarding the existence of a some kind of hardware to attach to my hp pocket pc , that can give to my pocket pc the capability to captue videos from an AV-IN .
What I mean is on my regular pc . I have a capture card that hase an av-in , in which I can attach a camera ( pinhole camera or a vcr av-out ) and record the images in a video using some kind of capturin program as for example iuvcr .
Could I do the same with my poche pc ??
I mean buy a some kind of capturing card for my pocket pc that has an av-in , and attack a camera and use the pocket pc+video capture card+program for capturing a video , to record a video ??
Aso , in which quality my pocket pc will record the video ??
On my regular pc , the quality of the video can be chosen using a proper video codec in the iuvcr program.
Will it be the same for my pocket pc or the quality of the video dipends from the pocket pc specifications ?? ( I mean for recording , NOT for display the recorded videos )
this is a personal video recorder , very small to record the videos directly to an sd card.
Is this better than the 1) ??

Super Fine=2mbps
3) I have a third question.
If I buy a dvd recorder that has an av-in like the ones that we use in our livingroom that are powered by a 110v or 220v power supply , is it possible to create a portable battery that can substitute the 220v or 110 v ???
Do they really work at 220v or 110v , or do they have some kind of voltage converter to convert 220v or 110v into a smaller voltage ??
