i have a good camera but on the cd that came with it , it didnt have any thing that i could use to edit my photos. is there any good programs that i can download for free that i can use to edit my photos. i would like to change the color of things in the photo and stuff like that.
plz help

You can try googles picasa or gimp. The later being a harder to use and learn.
For paid editing tools photoshop elements is a good investment for beginers.

Also, check closely in your computer's list of programs; sometimes people have one and don't even realize it ... it doesn't open because the program itself was never initiated. Most computers come with something even if its only basic.

I've been using PhotoShop Elements for 3 years and I love it.
If I always hear voices surrounding me, does it mean Im crazy or that I hear in Dolby 5.1?

i was just about to suggest that ireland before i saw your post. if you install gimp along with the necessary runtime environment (GTK+) and the gimpshop modification, your GIMP applicatio nwill be transformed to appear similar if not same as photoshop, providing a more appealing interface.
