Just wondering if anyone knows an exploit or elf that can create a ps1 memory card partition on the ps2 memory card. Also wondering if there is an elf or something that can hard-format a jacked up ps1 memory card through the ps2 (cause they have one for ps2 mem cards)

No, you cant make a ps1 partition on a ps2 memory card. You need to use a ps1 mem card for ps1 games.

And I'd suggest doing a Google search for any ps1 app that might be able to format a ps1 mem card.
