Im trying to backup one of my games and im getting errors:
Found magic number : 308768
18:15:19 -> Start
Error @ 0 : Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

Error @ 1024 : Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

Error @ 1545216 : Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

18:28:56 -> Done

Ive been reading theforums and apperently you need to change the c to d (log file or something) Can some one advise me here.

No piracy is gaming is intended here.

best advice, get a bigger dvd. If you start dummy'ing data sections, you get a useless image. If you cant get a bigger dvd, get highspeed internet, and if you already have highspeed internet, start downloading your games.

Learn the xtreme method.

hi, i'm having the same problems, i have 3 original games (Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter, Hitman: Blood Money, and Chrome Hounds) and i am trying to make backups before the kids get their hands on them.

i get CRC errors on all 3 disks and i dont think it's anything to do with the size of the disk im swapping with.
i'm using an NEC 2500 DVDRW as the reader and i've tried with various DVDs (Final Fantasy Advent Children Movie Disk is 7.9GB, Simpsons DVD is 7.8GB)

for GR:AW the output is as follows:

Error @ 115712 : Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

21:56:58 -> Done

the final iso is only 48MB so it's definately not reading properly, is it a problem with the DVDRW? can anyone help?

Don't reburn the games on the same disc.

I am no professional on the XBOX, but you best luck is on XBOXScene or on Google.
