I have a PS2 (V7 i think) a set of Swap Magic 2 discs, a network adaptor, and an HDD
I was wondering if there was any way i could somehow install an exploit to my memory card, that would automatically launch HD Loader (or some similar tool for copying/playing games on my HDD) so i wouldnt need my swapmagic discs anymore, and i could just play off my HDD whenever i had that memory card in.
Not quite. You can, however, do the exploit with a ps1 disc, and just leave the disc in the ps2 at all times. So, when you turn the ps2 on, it will read the disc, and launch the exploit.
okay cool, i looked that up, and i have only 1 thing keeping me from everything working!
My PS2, just outright refuses to read any type of burned CD-R, i have tried dozens of brands, and it just wont do it, It wont read audio CDs either, the Only type of CD based media it will read are Real PSX discs
So what i did was i created a save file instead of an installer CD, because i wouldnt be able to use it, But that brings me to my problem, I need to get the save file on my memory card, I tried downloading Action Replay Max Evo, but since its CD based, it wont work when burned to DVD-R, I need some type of DVD-R based memory management system, Then i can put the save on either my USB key drive, or just on the DVDR, or FTP, So are there any DVD-R type memory management programs out there?
