Copying DVD using DVDFab Platnum (Gold Mode)

I have a DVD that I made myself, originally from Camcorder. I have tried copying the DVD with DVDFab Platinum (Gold Mode). DVDFab goes through the motions and say Finished sucessfully but when I try playing it on PC or DVD player it won't play. When I try look at contents of DVD on PC the drive seems to show that a CD is in Drive and has 0kb on it when in actual fact it is a DVD. I am using Verbatim discs.

Anyone any ideas?? Thanks in advance

also when i look at back of DVD it looks like it has been burned.
