Well look at my logic for one minute please. I read the first last two pages of this thread, did a search on afterdawn, and google and also read someone requesting for a DNA and nobody said anything about it. What would you have done?, I got my answer alot quicker then searching sounds logical to me...

okay a few things here

1. its DNAS not DNA...
2. your question has been answered...
3. again for the record, NFS Carbon is not online not now not ever.
4. check the game before asking questions

"if you dont study history you are bound to repeat misteaks"

A: i would have looked in on it before asking anything i would get "bashed" about... yes we are here to help... no im not flaming you, we all start somewhere =]

You may not be flaming me but you are adding gasoline to the fire.
Don't generalize me to make yourself look good by correcting the letter "s" on my spelling and inputing your 2 cents which was none of your business in the first place.

also it's mistakes not "misteaks"

okay you come into a thread that i manage and update... ask a question and when i help you, you get mad a think your all that and a bag of potatoe chips...

its Dynamic Network Authentication System aka DNAS

not DNA.. you did it twice so i was correcting you so people understand the difference...

and what do you mean 2 cents i didnt give you my opinion on anything im just trying to help you out so you dont seem like a "noob", yes i had a typing error because i type over 90 words a minute. but you miss a letter in 2 different post... so i clued you in. and i see you edited your post... hmm probably used spell check..

No I didn't use a spell check just deleted extra stuff that I wrote so it wouldn't sound to harsh. I never said I was a bag of potatoe chips either... your putting words in my mouth bro. Thanks for the "DNAS" actually you did help me there. I just broke up with my girl so i'm a bit defensive I guess idk. I don't bite the hand that feeds.
Sorry about that, but you can't really call it a noob question if I asked about NFSC because people assume every now and then and that was a good assumption you know it! NFS series are ALWAYS online it's made from EAcmon now.

@lxfactor

any ideas on CONFLICT GLOBAL TERROR it seems to get past the dnas and it gives me the accept/decline option on user agreement and i press accept and then it kicks me off line and says "youve been disconected from the internet"

i used the id on the first page and i was wondering if the server is even there for CGT or if the dnas is failing after log in

has anyone actually played this online

thanks

hay LX u should let ACE talk to him lol.... I jus love when ACE bashes... he is original and direct... half of his posts I jus like reading cause it makes me laugh... he is the most obnoxious dude ever... Its a normal mistake "mall" but trying to follow rules like;
CHECK if the game is online b4 u ask for an ID..
and when asking for an ID put the SLES r SCUS # or what ever it is, just helps, and reduces the number of unnecessary posts... But every1 has to learn some place... Good Luck

I no spik ingleshi, surry.. I lurn somy othere timi...

If you have the original retail disc, then why not try & see if you can login using that? If it still kicks you off at the same point, then I would suggest that the server has been taken down. It is a fairly old game after all, and wasn't very popular even when it was 1st released.

I'm pretty sure Amplitude is pre-Dna$, meaning it doesn't use DNA$ & won't need patched. It also means its a really old game & I'd be surprised if the servers still up or anyone else still plays even if it is still up.

Might help if the new Tony Hawk's game was actually an online playable game! But its not.
And if you need a confirmed ID for COD3, then there's one at backupscene

You get about 8-10 seconds after you log in before it disconnects you.
I got into a game once, played one game & got d/c'd when it came back to the lobby.
After that, every time I tried to get back online & enter a game I got 'Join Game Failure'.
So, once again, you can't really play this online on the US version due to the cheat protection it uses. If it wasn't for you Americans having such an online cheat problem, then they wouldn't of used such a high-tech system, and we could've used backups!

Thank God the PAL version is out within the next month or so!

I prefer using websites like this one http://www.gamespot.com/ps2/sports/tonyh...l?q=tony%20hawk
when it comes to games info... and anyways the game is a
1-2 player(s) game....
