if so, what software were you able to get to work with it? I've tried alcohol 120%, clone DVD and dvdXcopy

anyone else get it to work?

What do you mean you cant rip it. Are you using a program like Smart Ripper, DVD Decrypter or DVD Shrink?

Try using DVD Shrink. Have you successfully ripped other DVD's in the past?
