I use SVP (UK) but they accept paypal.
I have only found HP or verbatim lightscribe discs so far and only in packs of 10. I have tried the verbatims (MCC media I.D) without any problems (as you would expect) and I would have tried the HP but I cant believe that every HP lightscribe disc I have comme accross has a CMC MAG media i.d. Why would HP use such shite??
I hope you did'nt buy a HP lightscribe burner cause they are supposed to be pants aswell.

Too bad you dont have a Best Buy there. They are running a sale on a 30 pack of Verbatim lightscribes.
Verbatim is the only media i suggest using in LS media.
Here is what supermediastore has for that:
http://www.supermediastore.com/verbatim-lightscribe-blank-dvd-med...

and the same thing is on sale in the states for 19.99
http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/381474
but its usually around a buck a disc for those.

I have a blog on the lightscribe stuff i had when i had a LS burner:
http://my.afterdawn.com/maxburn/blog_entry.cfm/422
If you have Nero, it has the lightscribe software that gets turned on when you have a LS capable drive. It uses Cover Designer, and that part has the lightscribe settings.
And in this post, i linked to many other LS links:

This is the Nero page on lightscribe Look at #7 and it has a users guide for lightscribe.

Thanks for the input maxburn.
That's a truly appropriate pic in your sig.

I'm lead to believe H.P invented Lightscribe technology, yet they use media that sucks.
