Why would you want to shrink a cd. Just turn your WAV files to mp3s and make an mp3 cd. Most music players will convert.

I don't know of any site that has a music shrinking proggy, but AfterDawn.com has DVD Shrink for download. Just click on the "Glossary" tab and look for the DVD Shrink download. As for the music "shrinking" proggy, I think the only way to get the music "smaller" is to make the music have a smaller bitrate. Nero has this as well as does other proggies. Hope this helps a little.
