I have a tv turner in my computer and am recording documentaries. I can play the mpeg and it does not have a lag between video and audio. After running through video studio 9 to render a dvd, I find the finished product has a lag between voice and video. Is there a piece of software to delay the audio so that they can be resynced. Am I reinventing the wheel - is there a simpler method.

Sure would appreciate comments anyone might have

Thanks in advance, Doug

Not familiar with your app, I assume you've looked to see if there are any adjustments to be made with it.

You might try this app (free) and see if it helps. Choose 'mpeg-> mpeg' and tick 'fix mpeg errors'.

As a test you could try the trial here and see if the audio syncs up after conversion.
