I hear all this hype about modding the 360, but still haven't found anything on how to do it. Someone help, i'd like to backup my games and play them on my 360. Is there any way of this? please let me know i'm a newbie also, so more the posts the better for me. Please Help, Thanks EVERYONE

you can't find anything? there are alot of posts and walkthroughs on how to mod the 360. just search the forums here, or google. Xbox 360 Mods or Hacks or Flashing.

but anyway -

First you need to find out what drive you have:
http://pictures.xbox-scene.com/xbox360/dvd/allthreedvdsxs.jpg
Left is a phillips, middle is a hitachi/lg, and right is a samsung/toshiba.
