I finally got Motorola phone tools ver. 4.2 on my computer (thanks to a LOT of nice people on this site that helped me!) Ok well now when I start the program a screen comes up saying select a profile I use the Default Profile then the picture of my phone comes up with a message saying please wait,, initializing phone.. and then in a few seconds I see a red circle with a picture of a phone and says not conected.
I did all the updates but did not seem to help
Any ideas??
